    Well back at it again. Will continue to log foods, limit processed carbs and watch my empty calorie intake. But it is corn 🌽 season. Have a great September everyone.

    09/01 --185.0 ❌ (Trend Weight: 184.6)

    09/07 – 182.6 βœ… (Trend Weight – 184.7) Lots of ups & downs this past week. On one day I weighed in at 188 so I’ve been fighting all week. My weigh-in on the 2nd was the morning after a BBQ holiday. I also had a day of travel which skewed my weight on Thursday. I’ve been good these last few days as I gear up for overnight medical travel Monday and Tuesday of this week coming up which will skew my weight on Wednesday and keep me fighting for my life until next week’s weigh-in. An uphill battle ahead for sure, but I can do it. I just get tired of doing it over and over. Travel is the #1 thing that throws a wrench in my plans and I travel quite frequently. It’s not just the restaurant foods, it’s the sitting, sitting, sitting. My line in my graph is incredibly jagged, but it is still generally going down so I can do this. Hang in there Donna!

    🐝🐝🐝🐝 09/14 -- 186.2 ❌ (Trend Weight: 184.9) Bowling with the three littlest littles yesterday was lots of fun but two out of three of them actually beat my scores (the pre-school 4 yr old and the first grader). I used to be a pretty good bowler in my younger days! Lunch out was a Chinese buffet (Foodie DD’s choice). Within the hour of the buffet lunch (she ate a LOT), she ordered Two Large Pizza’s at the bowling alley! Unbelievable! It can’t be food insecurity, I promise she had a normal eating life growing up. I avoided the pizza and was done with food for the day after the buffet. Weight is up 2.2 today from yesterday and 4.4 for the week. The overnight 2.2 is pretty typical for me after any restaurant meals of any kind. I traveled for two days and an overnight during this past week with an incredible amount of sitting (4 hours each way) and 2 days of all restaurant food and hotel snacks. I still need to work that off. Hopefully I can stay home for a few days and get back to routine. I did shop while away and pick up more of my plan foods. I should be good to go. I started Sept pretty low but I don’t think it’s too late to still make it a nice healthy month. Enjoy your Sunday!
