Cycling at 115kg

I ride 10km/6 miles and everything hurts, groin, undercarriage, bum, hip, leg, so I get back home and within 5 minutes of stopping I'm fine.

Any suggestions?

Also can I ride off 10kg ? I'm on hormone treatment so diet isn't working

How long have you been doing this? I've found it takes a couple of weeks to condition your nether regions. As for hip, bum & legs, I suggest you make sure your bike is "fit" correctly for your body. Most local bike shops can get you where you need to be for free. Or you can get a professional fitting which depending on your locale, you may have to travel a bit & they cost money.

Yes you can ride of 10kg, but you have to eat less in addition to the exercise.

That coming for a girl, not sure how boy parts respond.

If the pain doesn't last very long after the ride, I agree with pridesabtch that it's mostly likely either something that repetition will lessen, because your body parts will become conditioned to it OR an issue of bike fit, potentially including the style of seat you use.

If you can improve the fit, do that. Otherwise or in addition, maybe start with shorter rides and gradually build up in length, to lessen the discomfort of getting conditioned to the pressure.

What hormone treatment are you on that makes it so you can't lose weight? Is that information from your doctor? I've been on a couple of different hormone treatments, and am aware of others. In general, they may make it a bit more difficult to find the calorie balance that makes weight loss happen, but it should still be possible to find a calorie level that would lead to manageably gradual weight loss.
