                    just wondering what everyone is having for dinner tonight...
we are having Cheesy Garlic Meatballs with whole wheat pasta and a spinach salad...

            Pork ribs with KC Master barbeque sauce
 Rice and salad. Oh and diet Pepsi.0

            I had a baked potato with 2tbsp of sour cream and rice&peas ^^ Had a pretty late supper0

 1 oz Jack Cheese
 1/2 Cup Vegetarian refried beans
 1 oz low fat sour cream (also from TJ's)
 and salsa aquired at a local taqueria!
 it's around 400 cals.0

            Italian seasoned Baked chicken, rice, Cauliflower and salad and I'm thinking ice cream for dessert!!!0

            I had toasted Cinnamon Raisin Bread with an egg and bacon as well as a fruit cup. The rest of the family will have ravioli with salad and pumpkin pie with cool whip for dessert0

            Didn't get to eat at work again today so was starving... dwned 1/2 a canteloupe with a cup of nonfat cottage cheese right away the second I got home. Now to go roaming through the leftovers in the fridge...
 I think there are some purple hull peas and tomatoes in there. Paired with some fresh hot cornbread, that is comfort food!0

            I will be late getting home after horseback riding and doing 30DS so I think it'll be a MASSIVE bowl of greens and a Trader Joe's frozen meal.0
