Same! I know how hard it is and really struggling to get started with all the logging and weighing.
It worked for me a few years ago, but then I stopped concentrating on my food and weight, had another baby, worked from home and didn't move all day from my desk for years… and now Im heavier than ever.
I know this can work... but Im scared that I might not have the mental energy to commit.
Hoping to make some connections with like minded folks and share motivation and keep each other going!
