September 20: 195 Well no movement. I have been dealing with some stressors so this is actually a good thing because I am an emotional eater. I have some lab work coming up on Tuesday. Those are always revealing.
September 27: 194.5 lbs Pretty consistent week at this weight.
October 4:Well back at it again. Will continue to log foods, limit processed carbs and watch my empty calorie intake. But it is corn π½ season. Have a great September everyone

I did weigh in on the correct day but failed to come over and post it. Seem like this month has been a lagging one for me. Pretty happy with the weight loss though. Wishing everyone a great final way in.

09/21-184.4 β (Trend Weight: 184.9) Iβve been up and down all week which is evidenced by my trend weight being the same as last week even with my weight being lower now. Iβm glad I was at least able to rein in the scale and get it below the last reading. Just slightly over a week left in September and I would be lucky to even get my numbers back to my starting weight. Sad there will be no loss other than the ups and downs of losing the same 3 or 4 pounds over and over. The definition of insane applies here.
ππππ 09/28 β 183.4 β (Trend Weight β 184.2) I started this month with an overnight drop in weight and Iβve been chasing my tail ever since. That put my goal down into the 170βs and wouldnβt that have been nice? I would have loved to dip my toe into those 170βs and see how hot or cold the water was, then took the plunge somewhere within September to stay there. A pipe dream I guess. I will not even be able to get back to that starting weight and that is a disappointment. However, at least Iβll be working toward a more realistic and honest goal in October! Thereβs that. Back down 1 pound this week. Trending down nicely too. Finding joy in that which is good.

Posting late: Gained back a half pound from going on vacay for 4 days. Well, I wouldn't say I was too successful for one month, but it's got me back to monitoring my diet and trying to exerciseβ¦and I bought a new scale, which I love. Hoping to stay on track for October.
