I was just diagnosed with GP, are there any food plans recommended in this forum easy to follow?

That's a question to ask your gp. Gastroparesis is a serious medical issue.

I doubt you’ll find any settings that would be helpful dealing with GP. The recommended diet for GP is low fat and low fiber and most weight loss programs encourage more of those things. Low FODMAP is sometimes recommended, but that’s also not a setting on MFP. Your best bet would probably be to log what you’re able to eat in the diary and curate a list of “safe” foods from there. That’s what I did when I was struggling with GP and I found it helpful.
