    I have yet to drive our new car, no real desire to, is that weird? I mean if there was ever an emergency I would call 911. If I ever find myself alone I would not just automatically start driving it, I would just walk everywhere. If I broke a hip or something, I wouldnt be driving either.

    Kylia in Ohio - Happy Fall! My scale shows a slight loss, about a half pound. I will take it as the scale hasn't moved in months! I l logged every day. I averaged 11,400 steps a day. 30-60 mins is intentional walking. I am proud that heading into Fall, I lost weight! this is when I usually add to my winter weight so I don't starve over winter-lol! Make the best choices you can in the moment! Take that taste (just a small bite) of that frog you want to change! You are AWESOME!

    Ps@2s habit solid . Thought it would get easier, but alas...

    No knee and shoulder PT, BB&B/PT knee lifts, split squats, dynamic balance, dogs to powerline or chair yoga, foo. Half hour line dancing was all I could do.  Baby steps..

    Lanette in SW WA State - Weight staying in range. Logging most days. Average daily steps this past week: 7440, down from last week. Discontinuing early morning walks outside right now due to cold and/or wet, walking in house 15 minutes, carrying weights, instead. Still walking after meals, carrying weights. Still averaging SWSY 3X per week, tho I push it off a day if lower back hurts since I’ve learned I can exacerbate it.
