I weighed myself this morning before breakfast and what not and i was 161. I also like to weigh myself at night because i dont know why i'm a chronich weigher but dont let that fool you it does NOT discourage me it acctually motivates me. And tonight I was a pound lighter then this morning after all my meals! How does that happen?!

I did that once. Dropped 10 lbs in a day. it was because I was too upset to eat, talking on the phone for HOURS to stupid aholes that wanted to argue with me about them having my money, stomping around. Yeah, I'd be SUPER skinny if I were a defense attorney. Maybe I should change careers.0

That has happened to me before. I think that the few days prior I had high sodium intake and then drank a ton of water. So I was peeing a lot! Or as someone above said... Maybe a good BM?0

LMAO!!! I was just thinking that! :laugh:0 -
It happens to me sometimes too. I weigh every night and morning. Maybe you were more active today or just ate a good balance of food? Normally when that happens I lose the next day so good luck. Also sleep plays an important role, sleep in on the weekends you will lose more!0

I'm glad to see that it has happend to other people! Sunday night i ate WAY more sodium then normal and yesterday was my first day with the 6 week body make over so my diet has been VERY balanced for the past two days and ive been extremely strict also drank 100oz of water yesterday. peed every half hour! todat not as much today about 64oz of water. Maybe i lost a lot more water weight either way wahoo!! .5 pounds to my first goal!!0 -

Common, sometimes I feel the scale is the enemy...but I'm sure you've heard it's better to weight yourself at the same time each day because your weight will flucuate throughout the day, same with shoes...I've notice that my floor must be uneven at least a little because I will weigh myself in one spot I get one weight then I'll move it over a little and get another similiar but different weight! I'm sure your doing everything right and should be proud of lose that extra pound!!0
