    Thanks @quilteryoyo!

It was another lovely morning. It has been pretty warm in the afternoons, but the last few mornings have been really nice. It was 59° F today. I really love it when it is cool, but not cold. Today the plan was 800m intervals at 5K pace. It went well and I felt really good about it.

@WarmJellyfish haha.. What does the tech know? When I was sick last month it BEAT ME UP THE HEAD every day for not working out. Now that I am recovering and doing my more normal activity it BEATS ME UPSIDE the head for overtraining. I think that it's ability to look longer term is limited.🧐😏😬

A nice 4 miler for me this morning. It was more humid but I pushed the pace a little again and felt better. (yes fitbit I am WAY OVERTRAINING) ….

@kgirlhart congrats on meeting your RTY goal already. You have upped your mileage - used to be about 5 miles daily for you and now it is 6. Your long runs used to be 8-10 and now avg over that and I think you are taking less complete rest days. A great role model for ALL of us.

@SummerSkier I call my garmin mommy and daddy. daddy's training advice is to damn the torpedoes and go full steam ahead. mommy is going, hang on, you're working too hard. sit down have a pew and rest. both of them funnily and annoyingly trip each other up all the time……

You're doing great @WarmJellyfish . The light seems to be leaving here quickly too, but I'm sure not as quickly as you are seeing. Love your "mommy and daddy" Garmin personalities!

    Great longer run @kgirlhart .

    Nice run @SummerSkier .

Congratulations on the long run @nossmf ! Amazing.

@quilteryoyo I think you should get up early and do a slog mile. That will probably get you activated MORE for tennis. I used to run before waterskiing and it limbered me up. I lost my streak when I injured my foot. I mean I literally could not have crawled a mile. And it actually was not the end of the world. You will make it happen.

Such beautiful photos today also. Jelly you REALLY captured those clouds So well. And the flower Quilter. WOW. 😍😍

@quilteryoyo me me! I have this recurring dream where I'm in a trail race where the trail markers are all messed up and not knowing which way to go, am I going forward, backwards, maybe made a wrong turn…..I hate backtracking 😂 and all the animals are having a field day watching me. Bears and cougars munching on popcorn with my clueless running entertainment…

@SummerSkier it's the phone! But it's still amazing the light on the clouds is actually coming from below the horizon, sun has already set.

I just had a peek at the weather radar, big band of snow slightly to the north and looks like some is headed this way today. Let's see if this pans out.

    On the contrary

And it actually was not the end of the world

Something to be proud of. And a rare opportunity to try new things.

    Either way, it's all good.

Great showing up @BigDfromNJ and @rennerkyler. Sounds like you are putting together back-to-back good running days @yirara I hope you've got the formula for staying healthier.

Thanks @SummerSkier . You know that I am NOT a morning person and I am already getting up at 5:00 in order to get ready and be where I need to be for the match. I ain't getting up any earlier in order to run. 😯 Sleep is more important to me.

@WarmJellyfish Love that your running dream includes the animals eating popcorn and watching you running and yon. LOL Did you get snow?

    You're doing great @nossmf .

Great run @tarun_yadavA . Have safe flights and a fun trip. I have cheesecake envy, so would appreciate a picture at least. 😁

    Great hiking @BigDfromNJ .

You did great @yirara . No shame in walking some, esp when you are running for that long.

@rennerkyler Nice trail run. Love the picture! Mack looks like a great trail buddy.

Friday was recovery day so just did a short walk. This morning was frigid. 0c/32f. Brrrr. Nearly wanted to turn around to get more layers, but I knew the moment I stepped back into the house I'd not be going out again. I used to be so hot in these conditions, now need polar bear fur. Funny that I was cold but still sweating. Did a middly length run. My lungs just remembered it doesn't like the cold anymore so was wheezing. Need a face mask to heat air. Tanked in the last 3rd. Wait, didn't I just do an ultra? Felt like a newbie.

@quilteryoyo congrats on winning the game. It did snow but it was the wet kind, yucks.
