I was just wondering if anyone has tried this. I did it a few months ago and did lose some weight but I'm debating on getting more or doing it by just eating right and exercise, I know I can do it without but why not get a little boost?? Thoughts, opinions, results?

i've used it in the past, half decent for the energy boost, fat loss is meh. Really no pill can make up for a crappy diet, they can only slightly aid in weight loss

I don't think it's worth it if you are looking for additional fat loss. However, I take a single pill on occasion in the morning for that extra added energy when I'm just "not feeling it". I don't drink coffee because I can't stand the taste of it, so this just functions as a nice big ol' cup of java that gets me going and out of bed on those "bad days".

Agreed. If your just looking for a little boost and not a magic pill. Try adding cla to your diet. Much cheaper and much more healthy fat loss aid.
  • Food is the best. But i use some times is Usplabs - Recreate.

I tried it...made me so sick...sometimes I'll take something for a boost of energy but that's all I'm expecting out of it

Thanks everyone for your input. I think I'll just stick with the old fashioned, natural way. :)

What is cla? I have taken Oxy and found it helps me concentrate at work, but that's about it.
  • I LOVE IT! Lost 35lbs and gained my 6 pack :) I wrote a review of it up on my blog!

My friend has used it with rather good results, I was considering trying it myself.
  • I started taking them about a month ago, and I'm almost done with my first bottle. Since I started taking Oxy Elite, I've lost almost 20 pounds. I use them alongside my diet and exercise, and they have been working wonders for me so far. When I first started taking them, I did notice I felt a little on the hyped up side for the first couple of days. I'd be at work, and I noticed I'd just be standing there and sweating for no reason at all. However, after about a week of taking them, I was able to get past that side effect, and have had no issues since then.

I had hit a plateau in my diet, and I decided to try these out to see if they were just the boost I needed. And they were.
  • I would love to try something like this but I am scared to death of diet pills. They are often linked to heart problems. I used to use them when I was in college..and would feel like I was always on fire- sweating everywhere, dizzy etc.

Im sure they have came a long way since then, but I say if you are eating right and exercising you wouldnt really need those. If u need a little extra help try fish oil pills. They have no taste, and work wonders as an appetite suppressant- also very healthy for u.
  • i tried them and they seemed to work fine with me. i did get good results from it and did get a little burst of energy, it was enough to last during a workout.
