    Thanks again everyone!!!! Still on cloud 9 today as I hit 45 lbs lost!!!!!

    So for those asking, I did it the hard way. Diet and exercise! :D

    I allow myself 1200 food calories a day, and then I exercise M-F and burn around 800-1200 calories. I drink a boatload of water a day, it's really the only thing I drink. No soda's, only 1-2 cups of coffee on the weekends (with creamer and sugar).

    I made a point to make concious decisions about what I eat. I still splurge, in fact I had 2 pieces of pizza from Papa Johns tonight, but I earned it! Busted my *kitten* at the gym for it. I still have drinks, I have glasses of wine, I have a 1/2 lbs hamburger loaded, but I plan for it with exercise :)

    You CAN do this!!!!

    Awesome! You just gave me hope. I'm at day 3 and need/want to lose 70 lbs. Sheesh! Even typing that freaks me out. anyway, while I'm at the gym I shall think of your smiling face in the changing room! Thanks for sharing. You look great, by the way.
