    Morning, my dears,

Tracey - I'm so sorry for your little mom-in-law, and glad you're bringing in Kaitlyn and Brodey to make sure she's OK. She's been hearing an awful lot of lies for a very long time, I'm sure. It won't be easy at all. I'll be thinking about you. Thanks for caring, and I do feel better today already.

Carla - I'm sorry so many people you love are having a hard time. It seems to be the time in our lives when we feel as if so many around us are struggling… All we can do is go back to that oxygen mask theory and take care of ourselves, so we can help where we can. Being helpless is terribly frustrating.

Melanie - Thank you for that comment. I genuinely like it that we don't bring up politics in this group, which is why I haven't said more—but yes, it's on my mind. When my daughter and my grandbabies are struggling, it will always be on my mind. And, as you may have noticed, if it's on my mind, it's out of my mouth! 😍👀 Or out of my fingers, I guess I should say.

Rebecca - I like it that you're building a community for your son before he even gets there! 😍 Love what your sis and her daughter sent you, too. So pleased to see that this is working for you.

Already got dinner sorted out in my good morning call from Corey, a ground beef and rice casserole, which sounds good on what the weather weasels are calling a "blustery day." It was either that or chili, and chili powder is the only spice that repeats on me. I end up burping it for hours. Unpleasant.

Did a bit of work on the painting this morning, wrote a short article and posted it, so it's already been a good morning. I got tickled to see that the "Done list," is going viral (not from my post, of course). Now they're calling it a "Reverse To-Do List." Same thing. Write down what you have accomplished. We talked about that like a year ago! Bunch of trendsetters, we are. 😍👀😂

Laid off the exercise yesterday; everything just hurt more than I could handle. Doing better today. The rain is light today, and not just dumping on us like it was yesterday, and it always seems to get worst when the rain is worst. When I'm done with y'all, I'm going to head back to the newly painted gym and do whatever my body will let me do.

Hope it's a peaceful Wednesday - Heather, enjoy your last day at sea!

    Love,
    Lisa in AR
