With all those GLP peptides, maintaining after you go off the process is the same. You need to figure your new maintenance calories and stick to that number. Since you've been eating less theres a good chance you've acquired better habits.

The issue ends up being the same as with people that lose weight even without peptides. They figured the job is done and they go back to their old eating habits and the weight quickly returns.

I agree with Tom up there that most of the process will be the same as it is for people who didn't use the GLP-1 drugs, other than the aspect about whether, how, and how long to continue the drugs, or how to taper/quit the drugs iiiwhen you stop.

Your doctor and others who've used the drugs and reached the maintenance stage are probably your best sources of advice on those specific points.

You may find that because widespread use of the drugs is still somewhat new, there may not be lots and lots of people who've successfully maintained post-drugs, so user experience might be harder to find.

Overall, though, there are a lot of maintenance issues that will be the same no matter how the weight loss happened. For that, I hope you're reading posts in the "Goal: Maintaining Weight" part of the Community here. I'm now in year 9+ of successful maintenance, after around 30 years of overweight-obesity before loss. I started reading the maintenance section here before actually reaching maintenance myself, and was glad I did.

Here are a couple of examples, but there's lots of good info in that section IME:

    Best wishes!
