it comes in a powder in a vial and you add BAC water. Started a month ago. It lets me maintain a 600 daily calorie deficit with no hunger. That is with a small dosage. More and you will eat less however then you may not be getting in enough nutrients so you have to be smart about it.

Food sits in your stomach longer. That's why you don't get hungry but too big a meal and all that food sits there and it can give you heartburn or an upset stomach so it's important to eat small meals and do not eat three hours before bed other than that, it's pretty straightforward.

I have been on ozempic for a couple of years. I am diabetic and overweight and it’s all that I have to take for my diabetes. I’m the perfect candidate for a stroke or heart attack according to my doctor.
At first I lost about 40 lbs. I asked the doctor to cut back on the dose until I couldn’t go any lower due to the diabetes. I gained most of my weight loss back. I truly thought I was in control. I wasn’t. I developed a voracious appetite which increased everyday.

Due to my weight gain, I re-developed other dangerous health issues. At my age(74), I felt absolutely hopeless to lose weight again on my own, so in desperation asked the doctor to help me and she increased the dose. This is my second try at weight loss on ozempic. I’m up to 1mg. Weekly and it seems to be helping. I’ve lost about 4 lbs. in the last couple of weeks. I feel different than the first time I did this though. I do feel hunger and cravings. I’m counting calories on MFP and eating more carefully. I don’t want to constantly increase the dose unless I have to. If I don’t think it’s working I’ll let the doctor increase the dose.
In my mind I’ve weighed the pros and cons of taking a fairly unknown, new drug, and for me the pro outweigh the cons.

I’ve lost 94 lbs in 13 months using Zepbound first then switched to Wegovy. My weight loss has slowed greatly on Wegovy more food noise but I’m making it work. Side effect for me was just some constipation nothing else.

My insurance wouldn’t cover so I looked for the next best thing peptides. I found a great manufacturer out of Justin Texas , and I am happy to say I am seeing the number drop. I did have occasional constipation at 1st but now smooth sailing. I also use Nad+ along with my GLP and it had helped boost my energy and weight loss.

those things you're talking about Wegovy and Zepbound are also peptides. Those are just GLP1s being marketed with a different name.
