First time in my life tracking calories 😅
hi everyone- I’m truly new to this - I guess the time has come for me to be more aware of what I consume 🥰 very shook g is to learn that only my diner covers the whole day calories requirement 🫣
How to calculate calories if u don’t know the weight u had? Or it’s a must?

Are you asking if you need to weigh your food? Strictly speaking, no you don't, but it's more accurate. If you don't have a food scale or don't want to use it, there are entries in the food database that measure by volume rather than weight, and volume may be easier to guess or measure. Some foods even have entries where there's a count, like one grape or one apple, and you can log how many you ate. Some have measurements, but that's usually inches since the app was developed in the US.
