My scale must be stuck!! Help!

Lately I've been working out and eating better than I have in a long time. I'm down to 131 from 146 but all of a sudden my scale refuses to budge. What am I doing wrong??? I'll take any advice you have to get it going again!

It's probably only been a week that I can't seem to lose anymore and I know it takes time and I'm being impatient. But I've upped my exercise and I'm getting married in 9 days and I really want to shed a little more before my wedding day and then I go spend 10 days in a bathing suit on my honeymoon :(

    Have you tried interval exercise? Or trying a new workout?

    Interval cardio is when you progressively get more and more intense, and then slow it down, and then ramp up again. I've heard you get great results with this but have never tried it personally. I'm a fan of yoga and pilates. I see results quickly that way.
