My wife found this delicious recipe
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 small or medium banana
1/2cup lowfat milk
1 6oz cup of yogurt
We have a magic bullet and this is the perfect size for one of those. It is about 350 calories and filling. We have been addicted to them since first trying them a few weeks ago.

Try this one:
1 cup - low calorie orange juice
3 - strawberries
1 tbs - imitation vanilla
handful - ice cups
1 tsp - no calrie sugar substitute
It tastes just like an orange creamsicle and is only about 100 calories.0 -

I use all varieties of fruits in my smoothies just to mix things up a bit:
banana
strawberries
blueberries or raspberries
canteloupe (sounds gross, but it's awesome)
apple pieces
mango
peach
*add 1 oz (1 scoop) natural vanilla whey protein powder, 1 C skim milk, 5 ice cubes, and dash of honey 30-45 min. post workout for a BURST of protein power!!!! YUMMMM....
