    I see that you haven't gotten any answers, and it's been a few days. I'll try to reply with at least some comments.

    Two things:

    1. It's important to understand that there aren't usually doctors or other experts replying to posts here. It's just regular people talking among ourselves. You might get a reply from someone who's had a disc bulge, but their case might not be exactly like yours, and you'd be getting their interpretation of what their medical team recommended.     2. I'm not clear on what you're asking, so others may not be sure, either. I understand that you may have a disc bulge. What routine are you trying to maintain? Or are you just looking for some kind of exercise routine you can do when you have that condition? Or something else? If English isn't your first language, people here are usually patient with that, but will ask questions to understand. If that's the situation, you could try using something like Google Translate to make a more detailed post, then translate into English and post.

    In general, with any kind of physical condition like a disc bulge, the very best route is to consult the right specialist doctor, then if appropriate ask for a referral to a physical therapist for help with exercise that is safe and will help manage the condition.
