I was at the store last night and saw something new from Morningstar Farms..sausage, egg and cheese breakfast buiscuits. OMG..all I can say is SUPER YUM!!! High five to morningside for these, which are by far THEY BEST breakfast buiscuit I have ever tasted in my LIFE from anywhere. If you are vegetarian, or someone that isn't afraid to give it a try, this is the yummiest ever and you will love it. I nice way to have breakfast and feel full for those looking for lower fat/calorie breakfast alternatives on the go. 45 seconds in the micro..check them out, I promise you WON'T be disappointed.

They sound good but i make my own with Morningstar sausage patty, light english muffins and egg. I will compare to see what's cheaper both in price and calories.0

Another DELICIOUS vegan breakfast idea that even carnivores can't resist:
Father's Day Breakfast Casserole
For the 'Egg' Mixture:
1/2 cup plain soy milk
1 lb. extra-firm tofu
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
For the Casserole:
1 pkg. Gimme Lean Sausage
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 qt. shredded hash browns (frozen is OK)
1 pkg. Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Place all the ingredients for the "egg" mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
Crumble the vegan sausage and brown slightly in 1 tablespoonful of the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Use the other 1 tablespoonful of oil to coat the bottom of a large baking dish. Layer the hash browns, the sausage, and the vegan cheese along with any other ingredients that you would like to add.
Pour the egg-like mixture over the layered hash browns, sausage, and cheese, then sprinkle more cheese on top.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 10 servings0 -

I am glad that I have posted this..I so mean it, these things are my new addiction. They are beyond what I expected taste wise and super filling. I love morningstar farms for making things that are exact or pretty damn close taste wise on certain things. But this, had I NOT known it was veg, I would have thought was a home made breakfast biscuit..that is how phenom it tasted. This one is even for the carnivores that is how out of this world it is. I am food *kitten* supreme, not afraid to eat most things and love food..hence why I am here..lol. So I won't lie if something is foul tasting, I will be the first to heed warnings out. Not with this one friends...wowzer.0

Thanks for posting these so others can see, although I have to say the first one isn't as accurate or good as the second. I love these things and I am positive that meat eaters would love them too..sausage in them tastes like the real deal!0
