I haven't been around for awhile but I'm back to track I tried another app but back to my true and trustwd, busy mom of 2 kids in sports, have a hard time putting myself first, my down time is nap time. That needs to change.

Hello, I'm back as well. I was around when it was Spark and got discouraged and stopped. But I'm back this time with not quite as much obsession with weight loss as I'm also trying to get healthier glucose numbers and A1C levels. Good luck with your changes.
