Lactose Intolerant

Hello, for clarification, I am a high school student without a license, so I am not the one doing the shopping. Within the last year I've discovered that I am lactose intolerant, and I don't want to cut everything out entirely because I still enjoy it, but I want to lessen my intake. All of the recipes online have stuff I A) Don't have time to make in the mornings or B) Don't have half the ingredients. Does anyone have any simple, quick recipes that I can make for breakfast or weekend lunches? I'm the only one in my house who is lactose intolerant, so I don't want to get specifically lactose-free marketed ingredients, also because my family is unaware that I am lactose intolerant.

Your family should be aware you are lactose intolerant. That being said, an egg on toast or peanut butter on toast is dairy free. Other meals of the day... just don't use milk, yogurt, cream cheese, or cottage cheese. Most people who are lactose intolerant can handle regular harder cheeses like cheddar or parmesan.
