Unable to Turn Off "Auto Renew"

I have requested help with my issue on the support page, but I haven't received a reply yet.

On the web, where I first subscribed to the Premium+ 30-Day free trial, I have tried several times to turn off "Auto Renew" and nothing happens; it remains "ON". I have reloaded the page, restarted my browser, and cleared the cookies and cache, and it still doesn't work. Can you help, please? Thank you!
