Walk with I.J (intermittent jogging)

this workout should help the people that don’t like running or are new to running.. walk/ Jog.. fire hydrant to fire hydrant..just 20 min .. tap the fat and get stronger at the same time

    I kind of do that. Usually I have a 'base' speed, then do 30-120 second spurts at a higher speed on the treadmill.

    August 2024 when I started back at the gym, my base was 2.5mph, with spurts up to 3 mph. Today, I did a base of 3.8 mph with 2 minute intervals at 4.7mph. I'm hoping to move my base up to 4mph by the end of the year, with a final goal of running a 12 minute mile!
