New To Counting Calories 🤓

I’ve always been able to lose weight “easily” but lately it seems the more I try to lose, the more I gain-my old methods not working anymore and it’s been hard to accept my body isn’t what it used to be, that I need to be more intentional about working with it and not against it. I figure I’d better bring things down to ground zero and see exactly what I’m eating by tracking and willfully get my weight back to where I’m comfortable. My goal is to lose 20lbs by Feb 2026. I’m 37 years young and want to go forward living healthier.

I think you will find tracking your calories to be very enlightening. I know when I started, there were so many things I was eating that I just didn't realize had so many calories. And things I didn't even realize I was eating until I had to track it. Those pieces of chocolate or handful of chips I grabbed off the counter without even thinking about it? Yeah, they still had calories. When I got honest with myself, it became easier to drop the weight.
