~I HIT 40 POUNDS LOST TODAY! WHOO HOO!~

~started on MFP 6/21/2011 and as of 10/5/2011 i AM DOWN 40 pounds!~

~still have 166 to lose. but 40 gone is a HUGE chunk out of that!~

    Congratulations! 40 pounds is a nice round number. You should be starting to notice some improvements. Perhaps now people are starting to notice your weight loss. No one has noticed mine yet at 48 pounds down, but I think once I pass the big 5-0, someone will have to say something. I still have 100+ pounds to go too.

    Great job on all your hard work so far.

    Awesome!!! Keep up the good work. I can not wait to hit a 40 lb loss. I have 140 to lose. I will be here for a LONG time if anyone wants a friend. I can't always offer advice, but I do what I can to shed motivation, recipes, ideas, or if nothing else a shoulder, ear or laughs.
