    Honestly, I have no idea how altitude affects things like baking, so I couldn't say. Maybe you should start a new discussion thread about it. I'm sure there are plenty of people on here with a similar issue.

    Oh wow! Thanks for sharing! My grocery's bakery makes a white chocolate pumpkin cookie that I have learned I cannot have in the house they are so good. Can't wait to try yours for much less calories!!
