So far so good on MFP. This program is so easy to understand and use. I love the many options it has with the choice to customize your diet, the amount of weight you want to loose, and connect with friends.
My calorie intake is 1200 and my weekly weight goal is1.5 lbs a week. As for now I plan on keeping it at this goal. If I seem to struggle, I will then cut back on my weekly wt. goal to 1 lb. My diet consists of a high protein and low carbs.

Hi! I tried MFP last June, with my co-workers. They have stopped doing the program, which made me give up too. It's day 3 for my re-start. My goal is 1200 calories a day also. I'm looking for good breakfast and lunch ideas that are between 300-400 calories . Add me to your friend list, it's too hard to do this alone.0
