Weight loss has stopped

I was 20lbs down in January. Through all the exercise and watching what I eat, I havent been able to lose any more, but fluctuate 5lbs. Ive cut my daily calories to 1,200 a day, but on days that I do cardio I gain extra calories. My question is, should I use those calories that I have earned or only the 1,200? I think I might be just toning, my pants fit differently, but the scale wont move beyond a certain weight. What gives??

Definitely eat the calories you have earned. The body works in mysterious ways sometimes. Mix up your normal workout with something different that challenges you. I thought I would actually gain when I started eat my exercise calories, but it's been sweet weight loss since. Keep us posted on how it goes. Give it a couple weeks to kick in, since it doesn't happen overnight. Also, make sure you are drinking enough water and watch the sodium.0
