Hey everyone,
I started on MFP in Feb 2011 at 193 lbs. I worked so hard and got down to about 156 lbs. What I didnt realize about losing weight is that it fixes your outsides but it doesnt fix your insides. I was thinnner, but I was depressed. I quit exercising and dieting and I turned away from all of my friends instead of turning to them for support (if youre reading this, Im sorry). Ive done a lot of praying lately and I am ready to start over. I never realized how important exercise is for depression and anxiety. This time around Im not doing it to be skinny. Im doing it for my sanity. Weight loss is such a journey..
..feel free to add me

I started out eating better and exercising in an attempt to get in better shape, but the longer I keep at it, the more I find myself looking forward to my workouts for my mental and emotional well-being just as much as for my physical well-being. Welcome back!!0
