I dont have a HRM & use MFP to calculate the approximate amount of calories burned during an exercise.
If I am doing Turbo Jam- Lower Body Jam (squats, lunges, kicks etc) - 30mins, which option should I use in the database?? I dont think the "kickboxing (inc turbo jam) applies in this category.

When in doubt I just log cardio and then decide if I worked really hard (high impact) or kinda hard (low impact)0

I would use the calisthenics, (pushups, situps) vigorous effort option Just a guess tho.0

You can find those under the strength training part of the exercise log. It doesn't tell you how many cals you burn for strength training when you enter them for your exercise as far as I can tell, but if you go to the exercise tab at the top, and then go to database, you can put in your weight, the activity, and how long you did it and get a cal burn estimate. Or go to another website and see what they say.
Hope that helps!0 -
