Hi, Im Wayne, I am new to myfitnesspal.
I am 42 year old, I had lap band surgery on 11/4/2010. I have lost 164 pounds to date, I want to lose another 160. Any advice?

Congrats on the weight lost so far. What has helped me is to make sure I log everything to get a realistic view of my eating habits. Let's just say the first couple of weeks were a real eye opener. The second thing is to find a exercise routine that fits you and your lifestyle. I started out walking, then I started using a elliptical, and now I'm on my second round of P90X. I have learned that slow and steady is the way to go and make true changes.0

Hi Wayne,
Welcome to MFP....this is a great site with some awesome people to help you out. Logging your food every single day is probably the most important thing to do beacuse it forces you to look at your habits. Congratulations on your progress so far; you are inspiring!
Feel free to add me to your friend list!
