I sit on an Exercise Ball instead of a chair: Every 3 hours = 150 calories burned = a Dr. Pepper for me. I must say changing my seat for an extra pop a day is worth it!

    I thought about sitting on an exercise ball at my desk instead of a chair. Do you like it? I know my boss and co-worker would give me crap about it but if it helps me lose weight, I'd do it. :)

    Does this really work?! If it does, i'd give it a go. Maybe not all day long, but every few hours until I get used to it :)

    I wish I could do that. It would definately stop me sitting on my feet and killing my legs lol I doubt I'd be allowed though
