    Work out more, eat less junk food, eat more healthy food, log everything in MFP (my fitness pal), don't ask what NSV means (non-scale victory). Don't spend more money than you have, make sure you save some. Be nice to people.

    Log on every day, stay within your goals, eat healthy whole foods, cut fast and processed foods and if you exercise eat the calories you burned. Just make healthy choices. Drink lots of water and watch sodium. Enter before you eat something to see if it fits in you day. Don't make excuses and take it slow.
