Hey... Today I decided to be brave and try Level 2. For me there is a big difference between level 1 & 2. The plank exercises were particularly difficult as I have yet to master the full push up (male style). Also, the double crunches seemed to actually make me feel my abs compared to the ab exercises in level 1.

What are your thoughts, experiences with the different levels of 30DS??

I just too tried the level 2 tonight and I was surprised at the difference.

It will probably take me a good week and an half to get my endurance up to even think about level three.

I hear so much about the 30 day shred. What kind of equipment do you need to do the exercises?

You need weights, but they really don't have to be very heavy. I use a 3 lb pair and a 5 lb pair. It is a circuit training workout. There are three 20 min workouts, level 1, 2 and 3.

I just tried lvl 2 also...

At first, I was like hmmm...this isn't so bad...

Then the myriad of plank-position exercises began :noway:

I need to continue lvl 1

As I was told... you can use soup cans for weights. Or bottles filled with water/sand/or rocks. It is worth buysing... especially if you want results but dont have a lot of time.

You can also get it at Walmart, I got mine for 9 bucks.

I just did level 3 yesturday and it wasn't tooo bad. Out of all the levels I really don't like level 2. I like 1 but now after I finish it I'm really not sore like I use to be. Level 3 has lot of jumping in it:noway: But I enjoy it.

  • I just bought this yesterday and I'm going to start it today. Are all 3 levels on one dvd or will I need to buy a second dvd?? I'm excited, but a little apprehensive...I'll let you know tomorrow how it goes.

P.S. to the person looking to buy it, I bought mine at Super Target
