My 10,000 steps a day group is getting me back to where I was so I'm doing good but I haven't lost any new weight. Hope to see a new loss by Monday.0

It is good to be nearer my goal, still totally frustrating though. I lost 0.4lb this week, anything is good these days. My BMI is 22 so I am not really over weight, thing my body is protesting lol0 -

I'm still here but I'm not losing. This week I've been super busy and not feeling well so I haven't been very good. Since school started for us I haven't been exercising like I was. I'm doing good on my 10,000 steps a day though so I think it's keeping me level and not gaining. I know I won't make my goal for Halloween but I'm proud of what I did accomplish and I hope to finish the rest by Christmas. Holidays are really hard for me. I love holiday food.0

3 pounds away from my goal!!!!!! I am so excited! I was hoping to be at 160 by my birthday which is Monday (miracles do happen) I am going to weigh myself then...crossing my fingers it's just water weight!! Lol!

Anyone here who has young kids find this challenge getting harder? I was doing great in July and Aug. but since the beginning of Sept. I've been crappy. I can't seem to hold the same intensity I did then. I know one problem is that school is taking up more of my time and energy so I'm not working out as intense as I was before. I homeschool so it takes up most of my time during the week. Then on weekends I find it really hard to stay on track with my diet and I definitely don't get any exercise in. I'm a bit bummed that I'm not even sure I can make half of what I have left of my goal. This doesn't bode well for the up coming holidays. Is there anyone facing the same challenges? Having young kids and a unreliable schedule are killing me.0

kerseygeek-i have a teenager (high school senior), so i actually have more time on the weekends. weekdays are harder for me with getting out of work late and running out of time and energy. weekends are when my energy and exercise minutes soar!! i'm about to head out for a bike ride. i had those years when my time wasn't my own, but that is changing now. i was stalling with my loss in september but seem to be doing better this month. i think i have adapted to exercising and don't burn the calories like i did so i need to step up the intensity. down .8lbs this week and ticker is updated. looks like everyone is putting up some nice numbers!! best of luck and happy healthy sunday to all!!0

I finally went down this morning. I've lost 2 lbs this week but only .4 of it is new. That's what being sick does to you. But I'm glad to have a jump start since I've been stuck for a while. Looking on the bright side.0
