    I know how it feels. I think I emailed & text everyone I knew once I fell into the overweight category. Hopefully I can get a lil closer to the healthy range by the end of the year. Congratulations & keep up the good work

    Hehe I just did the same happy dance when I broke 190lbs. I believe I'm now at 28.9.
