I am new and I have a quick question- I am under on calories but over on fat-carbs? how can I reach my calorie goal and not go over on those sub groups?

Remember you can adjust the Fat/Carb/Protein Ratio in settings. So if you want to set a different percentage you can.

    Things to remember
    Carbs - 4 calories/gram
    Protein - 4 calories/gram
    Fat - 9 calories/gram

Carbs/Proteins/Fats are your Macro Nutrients. If you want to keep under each of them you have to calculate the impact a specific food has on your over all macros. This takes good planning.

If you are just starting it's going to be a matter of either trial and error, or a lot of repetitive eating. If you go over, don't be discouraged. Ultimately, for you right now, what matters is your caloric intake.
  • Thanks I will totally do that!
