Hello pals.....I really need ideas to stay on track like snacks in between my meals.

    You can never go wrong with veggies!!! They are basically all guilt free snacks. I snack on veggies almost every 2-3 hours. It prevents myself from getting to hungry and then resulting in having bad cravings and going overboard.

    I am a huge fan of veggies too. Raw green beans so yummy. Fruit isn't too bad either, but stick with the types with less sugar. Granola perhaps, but I would go with homemade so you can control the sugar and salt added. Crackers are kind of nice too.
