Dress Help! (Fun :))

edit to add- I would love other suggestions as well! I have no clue where else to look! This was just to give you an idea of what I am looking for

So, I am looking for the perfect dress to buy (under $100) when I hit a size ten (I am naturally really curvy, so I might get lower, but I am not sure). It must be knee length (Im short, so not too hard) and I would like it to either be hgher up at the top (no cleavage) or a dress I can easily layer with an undershirt/shrug.

I LOVE color, pop, (orange is my favorite color), flowers, ruffles, and all things girly!

I have no clue where to look! I went to the Kohls website, and just pulled out a few dresses to try to give you an idea of my style

Try Nordstrom.com. They have tons of dresses, and you can filter by price so that you don't have to look at the styles that are over your budget.
