How can you have too much fibre ? I always thought that the more fibre the better. MFP daily goal for fibre is apparently 14. Yesterday I had a bowl of cereal 5g fibre, green salad 6g fibre, 1/2 onion 1g, 1/2 courgette 1g,1 crispy fruit finger 1g and boiled potato 3g - total 17g. . Is this really too much !!!!
What do other people think ??

No you can't really get too much fiber, just watch the calorie content of it. The fiber will help kick up the metabolism....0
