It's Fall, and that means yummy pumpkin spice coffee, right?! well here's a recipe I've made for homemade pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Hope you enjoy it!

Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Ingredients:

1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
3 tbsp. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla extract (to taste)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender (or stir well) until smooth and creamy.
Store in a jar or bottle with a lid in the refrigerator.
Shake or stir before each use.

I entered the ingredients I used into the recipe creator and this came to 26 calories per tablespoon.

    48 tablespoons, or servings, per recipe. or thereabouts.

    wow, thank-you for sharing. seems to be alot of "pumpkin fans" out there which I am one of :-) I love all things pumpkin I'll have to go to the store tomorrow for the ff sweeteded condensed milk. Cannot wait to try this...yuummyyyy!
