Trying something new

I am new to this site. I am generally really bad about logging everything but i am hopeing that I can stay on track. I reached my bottom a few weeks ago and have come leaps and bounds from where I was. I am walking at work which I was not doing at all. Today my work load is slow so I think I might head to the gym a little early. We have a gym in my building so it makes it very convenient to go. I also have a friend who is in the same place so we are able to help support each other. I am working on making smart lifestyle changes so this is something that i can sustain for a long time.
