Does anyone weigh i on Fridays? Looking for friends/support that use the same day as me. Fingers crossed for tomorrrow!!!

Me too! Fridays are my typical weigh in days... and Monday is my check- this keeps me from going too overboard on the weekends!0

my official weigh in is on a wednesday however I weigh in on a friday as well as the weight loss software i have on my phone takes a more accurate reading if you weigh yourself twice a week.0

I've been weighing in on Mondays and Thursdays but because I'm losing quicker than expected I made the decision to change weigh in's to Friday once a week as from next week. Add me if you wish.

Saw a gain after my holiday last month and haven't yet shifted it
(it was only a 1lb gained though so I am not too fussed)
Not sure what way the scale wil go tomorrow. No loss but no gain will do me just fine!

I like that idea - I weigh every day but never seem to stick to one day when I actually record it.
If I'm honest I record the day that I like what the scales says:blushing:0
