inches lost! continued motivation gained!

i've never kept track of my measurements before, but as of last week i started to.

on 9/30--my total inches measured were 261.25 inches
today, 10/6--those same measurements were only 254.5! that's 6.75 inches lost total!

i've lost 0.25 inches from my biceps, 2.75 inches from my stomach, 0.75 inches from my hips, 0.5 inches from my calves, and 1.5 inches from my rib area, and 1 inch from my chest. this is unbelievable! i'm so happy! it's also definitely serving as motivation for me to keep it up.

i just wanted to share these results with all of you! you're always so supportive and it's really helped me make it this far, and it will definitely help me keep going :)
