calisthenics in exercise database

What would be the difference in the Calisthenics selections in the exercise database? One says "Calisthenics (pushups, situps) vigorous effort" and one says "Calisthenics home, light/moderate effort" For instance, last night I did 400 crunches, 50 situps and 100 squats in 30 minutes...what would that be considered?

My guess would be to think about the amount of effort it took you while you were doing it. If you were breathing heavily or sweating, struggling to push out those last few push-ups or squats, then it would be vigorous. I don't know, that's just how I do it.0

Similar to what Statari said, were you exhautsed after the 30minutes were over? if yes, go with vigorous. It is relative to your personal fitness level.0
