Pants in the closet

Just pulled out two pairs of work pants that I've had for about a year shoved to the back of the closet. One size 9 and one size 7.. decided to put on the 9's today just to see and they fit comfortably! And the 7's dont quite fit, BUT, I can fasten them!

great news. I did the same for one year, didnt let the scale tell me about my weight loss, I let my old pants let me know

I stopped using the scale as it really was depressing at times, then realized muscle has weight, and I was losing more in inches than in pounds,

I did the same this week...I had one that fit and one that was an out of control muffin top, but I could fasten them. They are my motivation pants now...Congrats...

That is wonderful, I sent a 8 pairs of jeans and 3 pairs of dress pants with my wife to donate to the thrift shop. I Never want to wear a mens 36 or bigger again. I did keep one hideous pair of size 38 kaki pants just to take pictures with down the road to remind myself of where I was and where I am now (then)
