 My name is Lisa, I live in San Diego. I've been overweight for most of my adult life. Last year I gained another 20 pounds over the summer as my father was dying. I finally breached the 200 lb mark. Aaaauugh. I was tired all the time and not exercising vigorously any more. I work full time, and have to have more energy than this to enjoy my life. So I started using the app about 1 month ago. I've lost 6 pounds so far, an back under 200, yaay. And working my way down. I went to the doctor's a week ago for a full work up and found that my cholestorol is borderine high, so I'm very glad I'm already on this program and losing weight.
I enjoy excercise, and am back to going to the gym, but have difficulty with the diet part. Any suggestions about what has helped you? I did start eating gnu bars after hearing about them on Dr. Oz, they really do fill me up.
