Under on cals and over on water everyday this week. Did a set of the exercises but this is not a challenge and not having the proper weekly exercises is getting frustrating.
I understand he had a funeral and my condolences are with him but he shouldn't have posted that he was going to post the exercises 2 days ago.
Also, my scale broke and our new scale is saying I'm 5lbs heavier so could you please adjust my starting weight to 215?0 -

I have gained 4lbs!
Oh it will be ok, we dont weigh in yet and I am sure that its going to be ok. Remember I did it last month... and the month before.. and come to think about it the week before that tooo :sad: , but pulled myself back from it and ended the weeks on a good note. So we still have a few more days tell weigh in, and if it still has not budged we will carry you past it, just like you would for us. :drinker:0 -

I am pretty positive that this is off for the month. We have made it half way through with no direction. I would like to keep our team together though in case it does come back or maybe we will have a Nov challenge....what do you guys think?0
