    Besides the camaraderie that exists here (which is very important), the settings have been very helpful to me. I had no idea that I was that bad with my cholesterol. I really did think I cut back! I had no idea that my sodium was so bad! I really did think I cut back. I had no idea that I wasn't getting enough potassium! No wonder I felt like even a cat wouldn't bother to drag me in! :laugh:
    There is a lot of interesting nutritional information here! I'm afraid to check the scale, as I've always had difficulty losing weight (hypothyroidism: I have the blood tests to prove it...) , but this site is so great for overall health!
    All that just to say that I agree with you! This really is a great site!
