    Now that is what I call progress! Making changes slowly & not taking too much off, so that I don't gain what I have lost plus some...Been there, done that!!! And don't want to do that again!!
    I was looking to bring my cholesterol down, when I found MFP!!! Thank you Jesus for showing me the way!

    I just report it when I goof it up like that. I guess that mfp staff cleans things up when they see fit!!
